  1. Development Dynamics: Inter-County Collaboration for Shared Growth

On the afternoon of November 22, Song Qiang, a member of the Standing Committee of the Mengyin County Party Committee and Director of the County Office, led a 23-member delegation to our county, focusing on an inspection of the Huaya Food “Kao Deshang” supply-chain project and the Jinquanyu Rural Revitalization Demonstration Zone. The visit aimed to draw lessons from industrial integration and farmer‑linked development, injecting new momentum into deeper cooperation between the two regions.

  2. Project Highlights: Empowering with Technology, Linking Rural Communities

Hua Ya Food: Leading the “Duck Economy” Upgrade Across the Entire Industry Chain; A Delegation Tours Hua Ya Food’s Smart Factory:

Smart slaughter line: daily processing capacity exceeds 10,000 birds.

Farmer‑linked development mechanism: Drawing on the “enterprise + base + farmer” model, it has engaged more than a hundred local households, resulting in increased income for each household.

Brand‑building strategy: Leveraging “Kao Deshang” to establish a premium duck‑meat brand, thereby filling a gap in the regional ready‑to‑eat market.

Jinquanyu Rural Revitalization Zone: The integration of primary, secondary, and tertiary industries is invigorating rural areas, unveiling a new vision of coordinated development.

  3. Strategic Significance: A Mutual Pursuit, Charting the Future

Duck Food for China: Expanding New Horizons in Regional Cooperation

Technological Collaboration: Yishui County’s dry-land duck industry has surpassed RMB 100 million in annual output value, and the two parties plan to jointly establish a breeding laboratory.

Market Sharing: Leveraging the resources of Yishui’s pet food enterprises to gradually develop export channels for value-added duck meat products.

On Rural Revitalization: The Regional Model Takes Another Leap Forward

Institutional Innovation: The Mengyin model—“government provides the platform, enterprises take the lead, and farmers participate”—has earned high praise from the visiting delegation.

Policy Coordination: In response to Linyi City’s initiative to position animal husbandry as a cornerstone for rural revitalization, we are jointly promoting the scaling-up of the livestock and poultry industry.

This field visit not only facilitated the exchange of expertise across China’s duck‑food industry chain but also served as a vivid demonstration of the “community” approach to rural revitalization in southern Shandong. As Huaya’s supply chain continues to mature and the Jinquanyu model gains wider traction, the duck‑farming sector is emerging as a golden lever for driving high‑quality regional development.
