Yinan County Weiyao Food Co., Ltd. is a large-scale meat-processing enterprise integrating slaughtering and sales, and is recognized as a key leading enterprise at the city level. The company has recently installed a state-of-the-art duck-slaughtering production line and constructed high-standard, modern facilities. Currently, it operates one duck‑slaughtering line with a daily capacity of over 100,000 birds. To support its expansion, the company is now recruiting several workshop production and management personnel, offering competitive compensation and benefits under the following policies:

Job Requirements:
1. Age: Healthy, law-abiding citizens aged 18 to 55.
2. Position: Workshop workers’ monthly salaries range from approximately RMB 5,000 to RMB 10,000, depending on the job role and level of operational proficiency, with no upper limit, and wages are paid punctually each month.
3. Compensation: Workshop workers are guaranteed a minimum monthly slaughter volume of 1.2 million units; any production exceeding this threshold is compensated according to a tiered coefficient system.
4. Benefits: A full-attendance bonus is provided, and the company offers perks on major holidays.
5. Work Uniforms: New employees will be hired in the order of their registration and based on their level of job proficiency. Upon joining, the company will provide one set of work uniforms free of charge; any bonuses earned within the first month will be deducted from the employee’s salary.
6. Starting today, please bring your second-generation ID card and bank card to the company’s second-floor office to register.
