Compared with other duck products on the market, white‑striped ducks are fully processed—feathers, viscera, and surface keratin have been removed—and are sold in pre‑packaged form, ready for immediate consumption. Each batch undergoes rigorous quality testing before leaving the factory to ensure product integrity.
In terms of appearance, “white‑striped duck” refers to a dressed duck that has had its second‑segment wings and feet removed. A duck with the head, feet, and second‑segment wings removed is called a “headless duck”; one with the feet but retaining the second‑segment wings is termed a “full‑wing duck”; and one that retains both the feet and the wings is known as a “whole duck.” All live ducks used in processing are sourced from disease‑free zones, and the accompanying inspection documentation is more comprehensive.
The processing workshop maintains a temperature below 14°C, with relative humidity between 85% and 90%. Air quality is ensured at TPC < 77.5 CFU/cm³, and illumination is set at 220 lux. Ventilation is provided through recirculating filtered air, with an air velocity not exceeding 3 m/s. Standard operating procedures are followed, after which the product undergoes grading, weighing, shaping, transfer, quick-freezing, repackaging, and storage in the finished‑goods warehouse. The finished product is guaranteed to be free of internal/external contaminants such as residual viscera, hair roots, wax fragments, duck droppings, and hair; it exhibits no blood‑water residue, has a plump shape, intact skin, and no severe mouth‑opening defects. Products are packed in complete, undamaged packaging before being boxed and stored, ready for direct sale.
